·        2020-2024 Read with ASL video editor

·        2021 ASL Access website designer

My first career was as a Naval Criminal Investigative Special Agent where I was introduced to adult learners after transferring to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center as an instructor. While there I started learning about instructional systems design. After retiring from NCIS, I received a graduate certificate in Instructional Systems Design from the University of Maryland – Baltimore County. In my post retirement career, I have been designing training (in the classroom, in the field and remotely) for Department of Defense learners in various national security fields.
